More ride.

Summer schedule starts 17 October

01How a shuttle day works

The up is ours.
The down is yours.

  1. 01

    Book your session

Pick a date and a morning, arvo or all-day session. Multi-ride passes work whenever the shuttles run. Your confirmation email is your ticket, so have it ready to show the driver.

  2. 02

    Meet at the car park

Dungog: from the car park, head under the big pipe and up towards the toilet block. Awaba: from the main car park to the top of DH, with drop-offs for FaulkLine, Biraban and Lower DH.

  3. 03

Ride down. We drive up. Repeat.

Bikes hang vertically in the trailer with room between them, and the loaded trailer gets a check before we drive. Shuttles run consistently for the whole session.

05The rig

Hung.
Spaced.
Checked.

Our mission is to make your experience as seamless as possible: minimising travel risk, avoiding transport damage and reducing downtime for our riders.

  • Secure hanging position. Every bike rides upright on the trailer, held in a secure hanging position.
  • Space between bikes. The trailer is built with a good amount of room between the bikes.
  • Checked before we roll. The loaded trailer gets a quality check before we start driving.

07Who is driving

A true two-person show.

Granted Ride is owned and operated by Grant and his partner Elle. We wear a lot of hats and handle everything from logistics and bookings to driving, guiding, planning and the behind-the-scenes admin.

Granted Ride was established to simplify the logistics of shuttle days and group trips: removing stress, reducing downtime, and stopping great ride plans from dying in the group chat and getting them out onto the trails.

Based in the Hunter Valley, NSW, we are the primary shuttle providers at Awaba Mountain Bike Park and Dungog Common, with trusted helpers supporting our regular shuttle operations. Beyond our home trails we run road trips, tours and event shuttles, always focused on smooth logistics and maximum ride time.
